Introduction

Welcome to Story of the Four Fallen, a brand new podcast about all things Spirit Animals. Get ready to laugh, cry, cheer and jump with fright as a bunch of weird animals go running through the snow with no clothes on.

Thanks Dad, nice intro. I don’t think there are any animals with no clothes on in this book, although there is a naked mole rat in a later one. In this podcast Hamish and I will be looking at Spirit Animals chapter by chapter and discussing some points, our favourite character and our favourite lines. I hope you all enjoy.

Episode 1 - Briggan

In their very first episode, Thea and Hamish reveal the secrets of Briggan, the giant wolf who eats babies in his spare time.

WARNING: This episode is not suitable for babies.

OK Dad, Briggan may have been giant once upon a time, but he isn’t anymore. Also I don’t think he eats babies. As Hamish and I launch into our very first chapter we will be meeting an Euran boy called Conor and, yes ok, a once was giant wolf who has never eaten a baby.

Episode 2 - Uraza

In this episode, The and Hamish are chased by a purple-eyed leopard. He likes their smell and hasn’t eaten in three days, so they’re really going to have to run fast.

Will they survive to offer more podcasts in the future?

Yes Dad, I am sure we will survive. Also Uraza is a she. In this episode we will explore the savannah’s of Nilo with a young Niloan girl named Abeke. And, yes, we will also meet a purple eyed leopard named Uraza.

Episode 3 - Jhi

Have you ever been attacked by a panda bear? If not, you better get ready. This little bloke breaks rocks with his paws and electrocutes leopard faces with a swirling stream of magical golden rays. He even shoots blue lightning from his ears, which is pretty impressive.

If you don’t like having your rocks broken, leopards zapped or ears fried you better stop listening now. This bloke Jhi is gonna create some serious panda-monium.

Dad. Jhi is a she. And she’s not a sith lord. I don’t think she fries ears either. Well then. In this episode we will meet a rich Zhongese girl named Meilin, who loves fighting and is not entirely happy with her spirit animal. We will learn about Zhong and experience a bit of foreshadowing for later chapters and books. Also Jhi isn’t little, she’s a giant panda.
